Refund Policy

1) Digital services
We provide digital services and deliverables (chatbot flows, widgets/embeds, configuration). Refund eligibility depends on work started and delivery status.
2) Standard approach
- If no work has started, requests within 7 days may be eligible for a full refund.
- If work has started, refunds (if any) may be prorated based on completed work and deliverables provided.
- Custom work that has been fully delivered is generally not refundable.
3) How to request
Email support@learninghub.com with your order reference, package name, and reason for request.
4) Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
